CoSTO has developed a five year strategy 2024 to 2028, which will empower 27,750 beneficiaries including school children, vulnerable children, disabled people, youth, women and men from Northern Tanzanian communities such as Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara and Tanga with improved education, health services, livelihood and crossing cutting issues related to gender mainstreaming, environmental conservation & compliance, good governance and preparedness & mitigation of unforeseen pandemics for sustainable transformation.

CoSTO has all the necessary documents to support organization development and execution of strategy, these include financial management manuals, procurement guidelines, personnel manuals, resource mobilization strategies, organization profile and proposal for resource mobilization.
CoSTO is still working on M&E tools and other organizational policies. CoSTO’s intervention will contribute towards realizing the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, specifically 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17 as summarised below.
