Her work centers on sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and inclusive approaches that strengthen communities. She is committed to advancing poverty reduction through sustainable community transformation and believes in unlocking the potential of marginalized populations through empowerment and capacity building. Her dedication to addressing poverty and injustice is rooted in her upbringing and long-standing passion for equitable and resilient development.

Finance Manager
Kelvin is a multidisciplinary professional blending numbers, creativity, and vision into one powerful force. An accountant and auditor by training, he builds financial clarity and institutional strength with precision and integrity.
A graphic designer and painter at heart, he turns ideas into compelling visual stories. As a tourism company owner, he connects people to purpose through meaningful travel and volunteer experiences. With a programmer’s mindset and a visionary’s ambition, Kelvin doesn’t just follow systems - he builds them, scales them, and reimagines what’s possible.

Managing Director
Innocent Peter Marwa is a results-driven development professional with extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, data management, and program coordination.
He has successfully designed and implemented M&E systems, managed multi-donor projects, and supported evidence-based decision-making. Known for his strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, Innocent consistently delivers impactful and sustainable development outcomes.

Health Advisor
Delphine Mselle is a public health and development leader with extensive experience designing and managing integrated programs across Tanzania, specializing in sexual and reproductive health, gender inclusion, climate resilience, nutrition, and livelihood strengthening.
Currently serving as a Zonal Lead for the Scale Up Family Planning (SuFP) project, she coordinates inclusive reproductive health services across multiple regions while collaborating with COSTO to implement multi-sectoral interventions in climate adaptation, emergency preparedness, and life-skills education. Her work is defined by strong stakeholder engagement, cross-sector coordination, and a commitment to equity, extending her impact to early childhood and primary education initiatives that support vulnerable and underserved communities in building long-term resilience.

Agriculture and Livelihood Development Specialist with strong expertise in agricultural project design, sustainable livelihoods, value chain development, monitoring and evaluation, lobbying and advocacy, farmer capacity building and stakeholder engagement.

Health Advisor & Partnership Manager
A health care professional and emerging leader committed to improve health outcomes through evidence -based practice, ethical leadership and active community engagement. He is a good advocacy and partnership engagement in supporting the vulnerable population.
Innovative and eager to explore challenges for vulnerable populations, some of the challenges includes screening for cardiac conditions for both adult and children to combat emerging heart diseases, education on life serving skills and emergency care in urban and rural Tanzania.Agriculture and Livelihood Development Specialist with strong expertise in agricultural project design, sustainable livelihoods, value chain development, monitoring and evaluation, lobbying and advocacy, farmer capacity building and stakeholder engagement.

Communities Sustainable Transformation Organization (CoSTO) is a not-for-profit organization, not affiliated with any religious group or any political party. CoSTO was registered on 22nd September 2022 as non-governmental organization (NGO) with registration number 00NGO/R3837, aiming at empowering communities sustainably. The CoSTO’s focus is to address the following issues:
• Improved quality of education for Tanzanian pupils and students’ special attention will be given to public schools where several challenges are visible and that where the majority are.
• Improved community health.
• Improved community livelihood.
• Enhance cross-cutting issues related to gender, environmental conservation & compliance, good governance, preparedness, and mitigation of pandemics.
We work in mainland Tanzania, starting in the north. Over time, we will expand strategically depending on the availability of resources and sustainability of the programs in a given area.

To effectively contribute to the social–economic development of communities by initiating and supporting self-development initiatives in a sustainable manner.
